Terms of Use
Effective date: October 9, 2026
Zazti (zazti.com and the Zazti app) is free to play. These are the few rules that come with it, in plain words. Using Zazti means you agree to them. Kids: read this with a grown-up.
Play safely
Zazti games get you moving, so clear the space first: nothing to bump into or trip over, and no people or pets within reach. A grown-up should keep an eye on young players. You play at your own risk, and Zazti isn't responsible for bumps, falls or anything that gets knocked over.
Ideas you send us
We love game ideas. When you send us one, by email to ideas@zazti.com or any other way:
- It becomes Zazti's. We may use it, change it, mix it with other ideas or not use it at all, without paying you or naming you.
- We don't keep ideas secret, and we may already be working on something like it.
- You're telling us it's your own idea, not copied from someone else's game, show, book or other work.
- Under 18? Ask a parent or guardian to send it for you.
Nicknames and the scoreboard
Pick a nickname, not your real name, and keep it kind. We remove names that aren't, and scores that look like cheating.
Zazti's games
The games, art, music and code are Zazti's. Share your scores and highlight clips as much as you like, but please don't copy the games themselves.
No guarantees
Zazti is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it running and fun, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using it.
Privacy
How we handle data, and what never leaves your device, is in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and its date. Playing after a change means you accept the new terms.
