How to play

A kite flies across a festival sky full of rooftops and bunting, and its string is in your hand. Hold your hand up high and the kite climbs; lower it and the kite dips. Fly through the ribbon rings, catch the stars between them, and steer around the birds and the branches. From Medium, grumpy rain clouds push the kite down.

What kids practice

What you need

A laptop, tablet or phone with a camera. Open the game, allow the camera, and step back about a meter. No account, no controller. Two kids can play side by side.

What happens to the video

It stays on your device. The game reads the camera image and throws it away. The one exception is a short highlight a grown-up can choose to share at the end, deleted when you play again or leave. No video is ever uploaded. Our privacy policy has the details.

Who it's for

Our gentlest game: one hand does it all, there is no wrong way to stand, and bumping a bird costs no points, just a dizzy spin. The rings are big on Easy and the kite even helps a little when it is close. Two kids race side by side through the very same sky.
